Qualifications
Essential requirements include:
- Five or more years of professional software development/analytics experience. Salary and responsibilities will be dependent on the level of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in software design and architecture.
- Experience developing web-based and desktop applications using Java and related technologies.
- A desire to create code for the user interface, backend services, and data manipulation.
- The ability to interact with customers to understand their problems, integrate our software, and help them utilize our solutions.
Highly desirable qualifications include:
- An active DoD security clearance.
- Degree(s) in a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) field, preferably in computer science or operations research (graduate degrees may qualify as previous experience).
- Expertise in any of the following areas:
- CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript libraries and frameworks, SQL.
- React and JavaFX.
- Writing software involving optimization, algorithms, simulation, mathematics, or data analytics.
- Python, R, Tableau or other tools for scripting and data analysis and manipulation.
- UI and UX design.

Our target starting range is $90,000 – $140,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience and skills.
