public interface IKrigDistance
A generic interface to return the generalized distance between two vectors. For Kriging, we need to know the distance between two vectors. Euclidean distance is wrong on the surface of the Earth, so implementations of this interface can define arbitrary distance metrics. Primarily used by implementations of KrigVariogram

      return the distance between two multi dimensional vectors in any arbitrary space.
      Parameters:
      v1 - - the one of the two vectors we're computing the distance between
      v2 - - the other of the two vectors we're computing the distance between
